1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to the hay baj platform and all its services. By visiting the website, opening an account, making a deposit, or taking part in any game, you agree to comply with all these terms.

These terms are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any dispute over interpretation, the Bangla version shall take precedence. hay baj reserves the right to change these terms at any time, and continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on hay baj. The age provided at registration must be truthful — accounts opened with false information may be cancelled at any time and associated deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts may result in permanent closure of all accounts and cancellation of any bonuses.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details provided at registration must be completely accurate and your own. Opening an account using someone else's identity is strictly prohibited. If you need to update your account details, please contact the support team.

3 Identity Verification

hay baj reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or similar document may be requested. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

The identity verification process is carried out to ensure the security of your account and to prevent any unauthorised activity. If the information required for verification is not provided, hay baj reserves the right to restrict or close the account.

• A clear photo of your national identity card or passport
• OTP verification to your active mobile number
• Proof of ownership of your bank account or mobile wallet
• Proof of current address if required

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on hay baj is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits must be made from your own payment account — deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals will only be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank). Withdrawals typically take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete.

4.3 Bonus Wagering and Withdrawal

Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the bonus section. Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

hay baj reserves the right to temporarily delay a withdrawal while investigating any suspicious transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500 — and to withdraw the bonus funds you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.2 General Terms for Other Bonuses

• Each bonus may only be claimed within its specified time limit.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus of the same type cannot be claimed.
• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in that bonus being automatically cancelled.
• hay baj reserves the right to change, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Programme Terms

hay baj's VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback is given at each level, representing a set percentage of that week's net losses. Advancement to a higher level depends on regular gaming activity. hay baj reserves the right to cancel or change VIP benefits.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless a technical error is proven. The outcome of each bet is determined according to the rules of the respective game.

6.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game or event are displayed in the game interface. hay baj may change these limits at any time. In special circumstances, betting limits for a specific user may be reduced or increased.

6.3 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game is affected by a software error, network disconnection, or any other technical reason, hay baj reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. hay baj is not obliged to pay out abnormally large wins resulting from an error.

6.4 Special Terms for Sports Betting

If a sporting event starts outside its scheduled date and time, or is cancelled, the relevant bets will be settled at hay baj's discretion. During live betting, market prices may change and the final odds may differ from those displayed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hay baj platform:

1. Using multiple accounts or coordinating with others to exploit the bonus system.
2. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
3. Using any software, bots, or automation tools to influence game outcomes.
4. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
5. Any attempt to undermine the security of the platform.
6. Filing false chargebacks or payment disputes.
7. Threatening, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately towards other users.

If any such activity is detected, hay baj will take immediate action, which may include account closure and legal proceedings.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by hay baj

If a user breaches these terms, hay baj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. In cases of breach, bonuses in the account and any winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited. However, the original deposit amount is generally returned, unless involvement in money laundering or fraud is proven.

8.2 Closure by the User

9 Limitation of Liability

hay baj strives to keep its services running without interruption, but is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, server maintenance, or third-party service failures.

If an account suffers a loss due to a system error or unauthorised access, the user is required to notify the support team immediately. hay baj may not accept full liability for losses reported with a delay.

Participation in gaming is entirely at your own will and risk. hay baj does not provide compensation for financial losses. Full responsibility for any gaming decision rests with the user.
